কীভাবে আপনার ডিপ ফ্রিজ পরিষ্কার করবেন?

আমাদের দেশে সাধারণত ফ্রিজের পাশাপাশি ডিপ ফ্রিজ প্রায় অনেকের ঘরেই আছে। যদিও বেশিরভাগ লোকেরা ফ্রিজ পরিষ্কার করার ক্ষেত্রে বেশ ভাল, তবে এটি সহজেই ভুলে যাওয়া যান যে ডিপ ফ্রিজেরও একটু নজর দেওয়া দরকার। যদি আপনি নিখুঁতভাবে এই কাজটি করার চিন্তাভাবনা করে থাকেন তবে এই লেখাটি আপনার জন্য।

পুরানো টুথব্রাশ

প্রথমে ডিপফ্রিজের বৈদ্যুতিক সংযোগ বিচ্ছিন্ন করে নিন। মার্কিন যুক্তরাষ্ট্রের খাদ্য ও ওষুধ প্রশাসন (এফডিএ) জানিয়েছে যে আপনি যদি ফ্রিজের দরজা না খোলেন তবে বিদ্যুৎ ব্যতীত প্রায় চার ঘন্টা খাবার ঠাণ্ডা থাকবে। তবে এই কাজটি আপনার এক ঘন্টারও বেশি সময় নেয় না। আপনার ডিপফ্রিজ থেকে সমস্ত খাদ্য সরান এতে ডিপফ্রিজ ধোয়া অনেক সহজ হয়ে যাবে এবং আপনার ডিপফ্রিজের খাবারের মেয়াদ শেষ হওয়ার তারিখগুলি পরীক্ষা করতে একটু সময় নিন। যদি খাবারের মেয়াদ উত্তীর্ণ হয়ে থাকে তবে আইটেমটি বাদ করুন ।
কাঁচা মাছ, মাংস ডিপফ্রিজ থেকে বের করে একটি বালতিতে ঢাকনা দিয়ে ঢেকে রাখুন। এতে করে বরফ গলবে না, খাবার ভাল থাকবে । ডিপফ্রিজের বৈদ্যুতিক সংযোগ বিচ্ছিন্ন করা থাকলে খুব সহজেই আপনার ডিপফ্রিজ থেকে বরফ আলাদা হয়ে যাবে। এতে করে আপনার আর কষ্ট করে বরফ তুলতে হবে না। এবার আর একটি কাজ করুন,ডিপফ্রিজের ভিতরে যে তাকগুলো থাকে তা বের করে ফেলুন ।
আপনার স্প্রে বোতলে সমান অংশের ডিটারজেন্ট এবং গরম পানি মিশিয়ে নিন। এবার ডিপফ্রিজের তাকগুলো ডিটারজেন্ট মেশানো হালকা গরম পানিতে ভিজিয়ে রাখুন আপনার ক্লিনারের সাহায্যে ফ্রিজারের অভ্যন্তর স্প্রে করুন এবংকিছুক্ষণ পর স্পঞ্জ দিয়ে ভালো করে দাগগুলো ঘষে পানি দিয়ে ধুয়ে ফেলুন একটি শুকনো মাইক্রোফাইবার কাপড় দিয়ে মুছুন । পুরাতন একটি টুথব্রাশ গরম পানিতে ডুবিয়ে রেখে পরে ডিপফ্রিজের রাবারগুলো ও কোনাগুলো ঘষে ঘষে পরিষ্কার করে নিন। পরিষ্কার না হওয়া পর্যন্ত আলতো করে স্ক্রাব করুন এবং কোনাগুলো স্ক্রাব করুন যাতে ময়লা না থাকে এবার মাইক্রোফাইবার কাপড় দিয়ে মুছুন।
আপনার ডিপফ্রিজটি পরিষ্কার করার পর তাকগুলো সঠিক জায়গায় বসিয়ে দিন। কিন্তু খেয়াল রাখবেন তাকগুলো যেন শুকনো থাকে। ভেজা অবস্থায় তাকগুলো ডিপফ্রিজের ভিতর রাখবেন না।
পুরো ডিপফ্রিজ মুছে ফেলুন একটি তোয়ালে/ শুকনো মাইক্রোফাইবার কাপড় দিয়ে । ডিপফ্রিজ পরিষ্কার করা হয়ে গেলে খাবার ডিপফ্রিজে ভিতর তুলে রাখুন। তবে খাবারের প্রতিটা বক্স, প্যাকেট, বোতল কাপড় দিয়ে মুছে তারপর ফ্রিজে তুলে রাখবেন।

However, this task does not take you more than an hour. Remove all food from your deep freeze This will make washing deepfreeze much easier and take some time to check the expiration dates of your deepfreeze food. If the meal has expired, skip the item.
Remove the raw fish, meat from the deep freezer and cover with a lid in a bucket. This will not melt the ice, the food will be good. If the electrical connection to the deep freezer is disconnected, the ice will easily separate from your deep freezer. This way you do not have to bother to lift the ice. After cleaning your deep freezer, put the shelves in the right place. But make sure the shelves are dry. Do not keep shelves in the deep freezer when wet.
